THERAPY SERVICES
The right place to begin
is wherever you are.
Some people arrive knowing exactly what they need. Others arrive with a feeling, a pattern, or a season of life they can't move through alone. Both are welcome starting points.

HOW WE MEET
-
For high-functioning adults caught in familiar cycles — and the quiet ache of "I should be fine." One-on-one sessions move you from retelling the story to shifting the patterns held in your mind, body, and relationships. This is where most of the work at The Mindful Path happens, whether you're navigating anxiety, old wounds, or a season where you no longer feel like yourself.
-
For relationships at an inflection point — disconnection, repeated conflict, ruptures in trust, or patterns you can both see but can't seem to exit. Grounded in attachment work, these sessions create structure for honest conversation and real repair: understanding what each of you learned about love before you met, and building something different together.
-
For the work that only happens in the company of others. Groups offer something individual therapy can't — the relief of hearing your own struggle in someone else's voice, and the chance to practice new ways of relating in real time, with real people. Patterns that formed in relationships tend to change in relationships.

Where We Meet
Therapy is available in person, virtually, or through a hybrid approach, depending on your needs, schedule, and location. Some clients prefer the consistency of meeting in the office. Others benefit from the flexibility of telehealth. Many move between both.
