THE MINDFUL PATH TO PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE

Modern therapy that moves beyond insight.

For individuals, couples, and parents who understand their patterns — and are ready to change them.

What you don’t change, you maintain.

BEYOND UNDERSTANDING

Insight matters. It helps you notice the trigger, name the pattern, and connect what happened then to what keeps happening now.

But understanding the pattern isn't the same as breaking it.

The Mindful Path is for people who see the pattern clearly but still feel caught inside it — doing everything "right," yet feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Through trauma-informed, attachment-focused care, I help individuals, couples, and parents break old cycles at the root — so insight becomes a new way of living, relating, and responding.

SESSION FORMATS

Meet the pattern where it lives.

For high-functioning adults caught in familiar cycles — and the quiet ache of "I should be fine." One-on-one sessions move you from retelling the story to shifting the patterns held in your mind, body, and relationships. This is where most of the work at The Mindful Path happens, whether you're navigating anxiety, old wounds, or a season where you no longer feel like yourself.

01
Individual Therapy

For relationships at an inflection point — disconnection, repeated conflict, ruptures in trust, or patterns you can both see but can't seem to exit. Grounded in attachment work, these sessions create structure for honest conversation and real repair: understanding what each of you learned about love before you met, and building something different together.

02
Couples & Family Therapy

For the work that only happens in the company of others. Groups offer something individual therapy can't — the relief of hearing your own struggle in someone else's voice, and the chance to practice new ways of relating in real time, with real people. Patterns that formed in relationships tend to change in relationships.

03
Group Therapy

A path toward meaningful change.

THE PROCESS

Understand → Interrupt → Integrate

However we work together, the path starts the same way: a free 15-minute call, followed by a 75-minute intake — dedicated space to slow down and make sense of the patterns shaping your life, relationships, and sense of self.

From there, I build a framework tailored to you, drawing on psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and SPACE.

The goal isn't just to understand why you feel stuck. It's to interrupt the patterns that keep you there — and integrate new ways of moving through the world.
