Personalized Therapy that Prioritizes Your Mental Health Progression

The Mindful Path to Psychological Care

Millburn, NJ Rutherford, NJ

You deserve to feel connected—to yourself, your needs, and the people who matter most

You’ve hit a wall—emotionally, relationally, or even spiritually. Maybe you’re tired of feeling like you're “too much” and “not enough” all at once. You keep showing up for everyone else, but deep down, you feel unseen, stuck, and alone. You’re not!

Sound familiar?

So many of the struggles you face didn’t start with you. They began in early relationships, in homes where emotional needs weren’t seen or met, in systems that demanded perfection and punished rest.

Now, as an adult, you may feel like you're constantly managing the fallout—people-pleasing, overachieving, procrastinating, or feeling chronically anxious in your relationships.

I help you untangle the past from the present so you can finally feel free.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Understand the root of your patterns—not just the symptoms.

  • Build self-trust, emotional resilience, and boundaries that feel empowering.

  • Heal from attachment wounds, intergenerational trauma, and outdated beliefs about who you should be.

  • Create relationships that are mutual, meaningful, and safe.

  • Reclaim your voice, your needs, your life.

About
the practice

I created The Mindful Path to Psychological Care because I wanted to offer the kind of therapy I wish my family had: emotionally attuned, trauma-informed, and grounded in real human connection. A space where people feel seen and safe enough to grow.
